We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & PR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns and public relations initiatives to build brand awareness and support business growth, specifically in the IT Services sector.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.- Create and manage content for marketing materials, press releases, website, blogs, and social media.- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners for positive brand visibility.- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to align marketing and PR strategies with company goals.- Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and PR activities.- Assist in the organization of events, webinars, trade shows, and promotional activities.- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.- Manage and maintain the company's online presence and brand reputation.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing and PR, preferably in the IT Services industry.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, SEO/SEM, and social media management.- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.- Ability to handle media relations and manage press releases and public statements.- Creative thinking with strong organizational and project management skills.- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
