If so, this position is for you!What you\'ll be responsible for:Be the go-to expert in our Eloqua (or Marketo) instance so that our back-end process meets standards for accurate, efficient reporting and optimization.Own the administration of certain processes within our MarTech stack, including managing user access, process governance, and providing insight to improve the use of these toolsWork closely with marketing leadership and sales operations to ensure the marketing database is clean, completeCreate and implement scalable processes to improve current and future processesOnboarding new Martech tools and their integration with existing BMC tools and processesJob Requirements:Excellent communication and persuasion skillsCollaborative, detailed, service-oriented, and a solid technical mindsetAbility to translate business objectives into marketing goals, processes and measurementsExperience in Industry Best Practices for marketing metrics and processesPower user with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio2+ years\' experience in B2B marketing working with a sales, marketing or financial operations teamExperience with Salesforce.com, including both admin and developer experienceExperience in Eloqua/Marketo, collaboration tools (i.e. Microsoft Teams), and advanced reporting and analytics tools.Nice to Have\'s:Experience in analyticsExperience in ABM or Demand Generation role in the high-tech industryBA/BS in marketing, business, or related field, preferredBachelor\'s degreeOur commitment to you!BMC\'s culture is built around its people.
