Manager Customer Communication and Product positioning for Loan Products
Drive Product launches & revamps.
Strategize Go-To-Market strategies along with competition benchmarking
Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
Execute Direct-to-Customer campaign communications.
Create Sales support and internal marketing collaterals.
Stakeholder management and business alignment
Communication Tracking: Understanding the response rate of communication, what has worked and what has not, business generated etc.

Experience and Skills Required:

Marketing and communication experience, min 8 years to 11 years.
Experienced in handling central marketing and communication function
Know what\'s happening in the digital world, trends, platforms, effective digital marketing mediums
A good mix of data understanding and out-of-the-box thinking
Strong communication skills and good command of the English language
Ability to work under pressure, speed to market and multi-task
Manage BTL and creative agencies
