About Geniuslane Geniuslane is a company that specializes in delivering Early Intervention for children with disabilities, including Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Dyslexia, Intellectual Disability, and others. Their mission is to make Early Intervention accessible to all children by pairing Pediatricians and Psychologists with innovative technology. Geniuslane has completed a successful pilot project and reduced medication in 90% of children in outpatient settings. We are now looking for a Public Relations (PR) Specialist to join our team. Our vision is to provide early intervention near home to all children. We plan to open one hundred Geniuslane Early Intervention Centers by 2025. This model is also spreading internationally by providing services in the United Kingdom from 2022.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Journalism and Mass Communication (Essential)
• Master\xe2\x80\x99s/ PG Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication (Desirable)

Job description Develop, discuss and implement PR campaigns and media relations strategies.
Collaborate with internal and external teams (e.g. marketing, advertising, press) and maintain open communication with senior management. Edit and update informational, educational, promotional material and news write ups publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.) Preparing draft for press releases, and getting it approved before distributing press releases. Organize PR events (e.g. open days, press conferences) and serve as the company\xe2\x80\x99s spokesperson. Seek opportunities for partnerships and advertising. Identify, escalate and respond to inquiries from the media and other parties Use google analytics and Seo ranking measures to analyze reach, increase media coverage and follow industry trends Prepare and submit weekly PR reports- social media, leads from PR. Manage PR issues. Technical Skills: Google Ads Google Analytics Facebook meta business suits Editing Proofreading and copyediting News/ Article write ups Good typing speed Soft skills:

• Smart and confident, resilient
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English), including the talent to translate complex concepts into compelling marketing messages
• Strong project management skills and proficiency at effectively managing multiple complex and time-sensitive projects
• A strong team player and lateral thinker who is comfortable working collaboratively, virtually, independently, and consultatively.

Personality Attributes / Traits: 1. Should live in the city 2. Should be looking to bring a change in the lives of Children with Neurodisability. Leave: combined casual leaves, and Sunday off. Should be pre planned, and in coordination with the team member. Working Hours: 09:30 to 06:30 M- S Ability to commute/relocate:
