About Us:
Whitemagic Fashions, the master franchisee for Fashion TV Salons in Kerala, is a leading name in the beauty and fashion industry. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing and PR Manager (Female) to enhance our brand visibility through strategic collaborations and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent and Influencer Collaboration:
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, models, and celebrities for salon promotional shoots.
• Identify and onboard suitable talents to represent the brand's vision and values.
• Negotiate contracts and manage collaborations within allocated budgets.
• Coordination with Marketing Team:
• Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional shoots and campaigns with the brand's overall strategy.
• Ensure smooth execution of photo shoots, video shoots, and events involving collaborators.
• Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Provide creative input for shoot concepts and marketing initiatives.
• Public Relations:
• Act as a liaison between the brand and external talent, ensuring positive relationships and outcomes.
• Represent the brand at events and promotional activities as required.
• Industry Research:
• Stay updated on the latest trends in the beauty and fashion industry to improve campaign relevance and innovation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in marketing, PR, or talent management preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Industry Knowledge: Passion for the beauty and fashion industry.
• Coordination: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Personality: Outgoing and personable, with a flair for building relationships.
