Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and career-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team in the International Tourism & Hospitality industry. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting international tourism & hospitality products and maintaining strong relationships with our clients such as travel agents, tour operators, corporate travel companies, media houses, etc. You will be required to promote International travel products that we represent in India intending to enhance their brand awareness. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business and partnership opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and professional personality and a deep understanding of marketing and business partnerships and also be passionate about travel & tourism as a field and should be willing to travel (domestic/international).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan (B2B/B2C) to achieve the marketing goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B/B2C markets, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
• To develop and execute effective product campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Provide regular market reports and analysis highlighting performance and areas for improvement.
• To handle marketing & PR campaigns.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of marketing & business development, preferably in a hotel or tourism domain.
• Strong track record of meeting business objectives.
• Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Proficient in using MS office tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
