We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & PR Executive to join our team at 88 Pictures. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in managing marketing and PR activities for a company, with a strong focus on social media management and content creation. Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & PR Executive to join our team at 88 Pictures. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in managing marketing and PR activities for a company, with a strong focus on social media management and content creation. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and PR plans to promote 88 Pictures\' brand and projects.
- Manage all aspects of social media platforms, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement.
- Create engaging and compelling content for social media channels, website, blogs, press releases, and other marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience engagement, and campaign performance to optimize strategies.
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to enhance brand visibility and coverage.
- Coordinate press events, interviews, and media appearances to generate positive publicity for the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and PR initiatives with business objectives and project launches.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing and PR activities, metrics, and outcomes for management review.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials as needed.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing and PR, preferably in the Animation, VFX, or Gaming industry.
- Proven track record of managing social media platforms and driving engagement through creative content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
