Hybrid Working
We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. Introduction:
Key member of the Marketing Platforms team, supporting with creation, implementation, and reporting on customer focused B2B communications journeys, using marketing automation platforms, to support the business\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99 retention and growth objectives. Working will the wider Barclays\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99 Payments team, ensuring Barclays\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99 Best are followed. There will be a need to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships through service excellence and can demonstrate a commitment to stakeholders\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99 success. The colleague will be instrumental in helping business stakeholders make key business decisions led by data.\xc3\x82
What will you be doing?
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Working with internal teams to manage the marketing automation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development/build, testing and execution.

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Proficient data management, segmentation, and reporting skills.\xc3\x82
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Optimising and developing our digital communications to increase deliverability and engagement.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Working with the wider Marketing Platforms team to build better targeted and multi-channel campaigns

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Experience using email automation or campaign management platforms e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, or another platform. \xc3\x82
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Experience in building or using reports to analyse campaigns and make recommendations.
