Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive and data-driven marketing plans to promote beauty products and services.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify target demographics, consumer behavior, and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, sales, product development) to execute marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance using key metrics and adjust strategies for improved results.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently.
• Develop compelling marketing collateral and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners to expand brand reach.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing planning and strategy development, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
• Excellent project management skills and experience leading campaigns from concept to execution.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and techniques, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
