This role involves managing the administration of campaign reporting structures connected with our Salesforce CRM platform to ensure smooth and efficient operation of all marketing campaign tactical elements and initiatives linked to measurement and tracking. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including data remediation actions, troubleshooting production/operational issues, and supporting campaign management. With a strong focus on driving the daily event of operational deliverables. There are 3 key areas financial controls, outcome management and investment tracking (from campaigns) requiring reporting management and oversight at a global level.Continuing a philosophy of driving continuous improvement you will also have the opportunity to improve and enhance services in marketing within scope of prioritized projects.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform standard daily admin processes to maintain the integrity and reliability of the campaign reporting inclusive of field management and data management working in the Marketing data Quality team.
• Partner with IT and compliance to ensure compliance standards are met and maintained within the master and transactional data compliance linked to campaign data as it flows into each data object type for consistency or reporting gaps..
• Assist in campaign management, including the setup and execution of marketing campaigns codified structure and attributes are clean and maintainable at scale.
• Act as a liaison between cross functional teams.
• Field ad hoc content and support requests from sales team

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Experience within salesforce data objects and reporting structure s and limitations with proven success in designing and implementing reporting within the platform.
• Demonstrated experience driving innovation and process improvement that enables the business to achieve its objectives
• Capable of project-managing multiple priorities, while staying on top of timely communications with stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills
• Possesses creative problem troubleshooting skills (e.g. reproducing error scenarios, investigation, and exercising solutions). Capable of transferring relevant technical skills to reporting and data quality process management.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• CSS, HTML, Python, MySQL
• Agile framework
