Oversee data orchestration between various marketing systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Openprise) while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Proactively manage the health of our marketing database through data enrichment, regular hygiene, and persona segmentation.
Optimize marketing processes configured in Openprise to scale for future needs and align with business objectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across the marketing technology stack.
Monitor lead flow after syncing to SFDC, addressing or escalating any issues that arise.
Conduct regular audits of data processes to identify discrepancies and ensure optimal data health and operational efficiency.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration.
Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM tool.
Familiarity with Openprise is a plus.
Data-driven mindset with a passion for optimizing marketing workflows.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
