If youre looking for a challenge and meaningful role, youre in the right place.Marketing Operations Service Leader, Commercial DisciplineAs a Marketing Operations Service Leader/ Marketing Manager, you play a critical role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the services supporting end-to-end marketing processes at Dow. Leading a team of Operational Service Specialists, the role will optimize and scale Dows marketing execution workflows and services across multiple businesses and regions.The role collaborates closely with Business Marketing, Public Affairs, and Commercial Excellence (Marketing, Sales, Digital Experience) to drive alignment and performance in our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, data analysis, and marketing technology, with a proven leadership track record in a complex B2B environment.Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Manage a team of service specialists providing operational services to the Business Marketing function, including recruiting, hiring, and training on operational service workflows and guidelines, to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met by the team.
  • Partner with Process/ Capability Managers and Product Owners to execute a comprehensive marketing operations strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives and develop documentation.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Streamline marketing processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across different Business Units and geographies.
  • Collaborate with Process/ Capability Managers and Product Owners to implement and maintain operational services that support global marketing processes like audience management, incl. privacy and consent management, campaign & campaign program execution, campaign automation, reporting & analytics, data management, market intelligence services, content creation and distribution.
  • Ensure operational alignment with functional processes led by other teams like creative & event management, content management, and e-commerce/catalogue management.
  • Data Management & Analytics:
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and validity of the data and reporting managed by the service team.
  • Develop a measurement plan, monitor performance, and deliver recommendations for optimizing the operational processes delivered by the service team.
  • Provide insights on campaign performance and overall marketing impact to maximize marketings contribution to overall business growth.
  • Marketing Technology:
  • Support the implementation, use, and optimization of marketing technologies and tools by the service team to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Scale practices and processes across geographies and Business Units, creating repeatable and consistent practices that drive efficiency and effectiveness in go-to-market (GTM) activities.
Critical Success Factors
  • Strong process orientation with a focus on identifying and implementing continuous process improvements to deliver value, standardization, simplification, speed, and innovation.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships across organizations, geographies, functions, and at multiple levels. Strong documentation, training, and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex, technical information into laymens terms.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience; Masters degree preferred. Degrees in Marketing, Business, or Operations strongly preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, particularly in providing contact profiling, marketing automation, and analytics services, with a strong background in B2B environments.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in leading and managing global teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with marketing project/workflow tools (e.g. Adobe Workfront), marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo Engage), web experience management (e.g. Adobe AEM, Target), and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Marketo Measure, Adobe Analytics).
  • Knowledge of customer data platforms (e.g. Adobe RT-CDP for B2B), customer relationship management (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics), and e-commerce tools is a plus.
Additional Notes:
  • Relocation is not available for this position.
  • The ability to accommodate flexible schedule aligned with international time Zone is essential.
