As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of a wide variety of marketing deliverables, ranging from CMS updates, email campaigns, graphic design, video production, and much more.With this position we offer :Nasdaqxe2x80x99s Capital Access Platforms division is actively seeking a Manager of Marketing Operations to be based in our Bangalore office. As the manager, you will own the marketing operations intake and day- to-day processes, ensuring meticulous capture and refinement of actionable requirements prior to routing them to our agency partner for execution. Your responsibilities include daily and weekly reporting, with a continuous focus on accelerating request turnaround times, managing stakeholder projects, and reducing operational costs.Your role and responsibilities:Nasdaqxe2x80x99s Capital Access Platforms division is actively seeking a Manager of Marketing Operations to be based in our Bangalore office. As the Manager, you will own the marketing operations intake and day- to-day processes, ensuring meticulous capture and refinement of actionable requirements prior to routing them to our agency partner for execution. Your responsibilities include daily and weekly reporting, with a continuous focus on accelerating request turnaround times, managing stakeholder projects, and reducing operational costs.Furthermore, you will:

  • Intake Process Ownership: Manage the entire marketing operations intake process from capturing to refining requirements across a variety of deliverables and digital platforms such as CMS updates, email blasts, presentation creation, graphic design, video production, and animation.
  • Performance Optimization: Strategize and implement measures to enhance the delivery speed[s] and quality of project deliverables [marketing requests] by optimizing processes and resource allocation.
  • Cost Efficiency: Actively identify and implement initiatives aimed at reducing operational expenses while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Oversee the generation of comprehensive daily and weekly reports to track the performance and efficiency of marketing operations, continually utilizing stakeholder insights to foster improvements.
  • Tool Proficiency: Ensure adept use of project management systems for smooth intake operations and maintain a working knowledge of tools such as Marketo and Salesforce to fully understand project requirements.
  • Execute CMS Requests: For simple requests, such as minor CMS copy updates, be able to execute reliably, ensuring the operations team can focus on larger deliverables.
We expect you to have
  • At least 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations including 2 to 3 years in people management.
  • Proven track record in marketing operations management within a large, global marketing organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management with a focus on operational efficiency, scale, and cost reduction.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to make informed operational decisions.
  • Proficient in project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, and Monday.com, as well as a working knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as content management systems, Adobe Marketo Engage, and Salesforce.
  • Education Qualification: Bachelor/Master in Commerce / Arts or any equivalent degree.
