What to expect from the role?
With your expertise in marketing operations and data analysis, you will be pivotal in accelerating our marketing team\'s operations. Your keen analytical skills will be utilized to identify patterns and trends in data, conduct thorough investigations, and implement effective strategies. Your contribution will ensure that our company\'s marketing efforts are streamlined, transparent, and highly effective in driving genuine prospect acquisition and customer engagement.
How will your day look like at Bureau?
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, execute and measure marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, and paid advertising
  • Manage the marketing technology stack, including our Hubspot CRM, marketing automation platform, and other marketing tools. Ensure they are fully integrated and optimized
  • Analyze data and provide insights on campaign performance, prospect behavior, and market trends to help inform marketing strategy
  • Create reports and dashboards to communicate marketing performance to key stakeholders
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with sales goals and objectives
  • Conduct research to identify new marketing opportunities and trends in the industry

What does it take to be in this role?
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or marketing analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights to inform marketing strategy
  • Experience in working with marketing technology tools including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools such as Hubspot.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS industry would be an advantage
