:Overview:
Della Adventure and Resorts, a pioneer in India\'s experiential hospitality sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to join our core management team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in marketing, with a preference for experience in the hospitality industry, and will be responsible for managing all aspects of our marketing initiatives, from digital to print media, content creation, influencer collaborations, event promotions, and more. Experience in graphics is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored specifically for Della Resorts, enhancing brand visibility and driving business growth.
2. Dining Experience Promotions: Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our diverse dining experiences, including Caf\xc3\xa9 24, PNF Restaurant & Bar, and other culinary offerings.
3. Event Marketing: Plan and promote events hosted at Della Resorts, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement. This includes weddings, corporate events, adventure activities, and special themed nights.
4. Influencer Management: Identify, engage, and manage influencers to promote Della Resorts. Ensure influencers have an exceptional experience during their visits and effectively showcase our offerings to their audiences.
5. Social Media Management: Oversee the resort\'s social media channels, ensuring regular updates, engaging content, and effective promotion of ongoing offers and events.
6. Content Creation: Develop compelling content that highlights the unique experiences at Della Resorts, including blog posts, videos, and social media updates.
7. Print Media: Manage the creation and distribution of print marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements, ensuring they effectively communicate our unique offerings and events.
8. Menu and Offer Promotions: Strategize and implement promotional activities for menu updates, special offers, and festive promotions across all dining venues.
9. Event Promotions at Caf\xc3\xa9 24: Specifically focus on promoting events and offers at Caf\xc3\xa9 24, ensuring they receive high visibility and drive guest participation.
10. Graphics Design: Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing marketing materials, ensuring all content is engaging and aligns with brand standards.
11. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing detailed reports to inform strategic decisions and optimize future initiatives.
12. Team Management: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Ensure alignment with the overall vision and goals of Della Resorts.Job Expectations:Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of marketing experience (experience in the hospitality industry is a plus).
• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is a plus.
