Short Description
Devise and execute cost effective zonal/Area Office level tactical marketing strategy based on company and local market dynamics in order to support the achievement of sales target and objectives and build awareness/ preference amongst customers for Hero Motocorp .
Grade : M1
Location: Jaipur
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute monthly Above the Line marketing plan to aid the sales team to achieve their target to influence/ spread awareness amongst the target group of customers for Hero.
- Plan and assist to execute tactical Below the Line plan in coordination with Area Offices and look for opportunities including business alliances to create buzz on ground to help sales team to get enquiries.
- Manage and monitor various agencies (Media, Media buy-in, creative, event management) to create, assist, execute and monitor various marketing elements and campaigns effectively and diligently.
- Collate and assist in preparing of various reports, surveys, tables, presentations for Zone including but not limited to presentations for senior management of the company.
