We are looking for people who want to improve outcomes for healthcare professionals and their patients.We are recruiting for a seasoned professional for Marketing Manager, Wound Care (WC) India based in Gurgaon, India to join our India Wound Care commercial team. This role will Identify and maximize marketing opportunities (both new and existing) to achieve agreed sales targets, to grow the business in accordance with business strategy.Purpose of the position:Define and deploy India & South Asia marketing strategy & programs, in line with global and APAC strategy, to maximize sales, profitability and market share for Molnlycke Wound Care solutions.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive India & South Asia strategic plans, contributing to the growth of sales and profits, as well as market share to ensure that short- and long-term financial goals are met.
  • Lead, Coach and Participate in defining priorities and marketing strategies (including Segmentation and Targeting) for the India & South Asia local business markets contributing to short- and long-term business and financial objectives.
  • Ensure that customer needs in the marketplace are fully understood and communicated to Global and APAC business division and respective functional departments for them to further develop the products and the assortment.
  • Garner support to achieve alignment with Global and APAC marketing function stakeholders with regards to India & South Asia opportunities, to gain support and resources to develop the business growing sales and profitability.
  • Define, manage (including phase in & out) and develop the local product assortments to support therapy/care area focus, in conjunction with local country management.
  • Own all new product launches in the region, locally implemented following global guidelines, based on MHC New Product Launch Excellence process (from Pre-launch to Post launch tracking) to achieve launch objectives
  • Deliver high quality product and clinical education to local market and distributor sales teams, to ensure relevant best in class sales team capabilities.
  • Provide excellent clinical support at customer to local markets.
  • Secure that relevant sales support material is available to the sales force in the respective markets, to support maximum outcome of the sales activities.
  • Work with country stakeholder and sales to define and align on target segment to support therapy/care area focus strategy
  • Manage, coach and motivate a high-performance team.
  • Manage A&P spending within the allocated budget, while maximizing the outcome of the spending.
  • Develop and manage KOLs and advocates, to raise Molnlycke's profile within selected focus therapies and segments.,
  • Own market intelligence process, including market dynamics, market shares, customer insights and competitor information, enabling market evaluation and decision making.
  • In conjunction with local country management develop, deploy local pricing strategies, drive price excellence, always in compliance with local, APAC and global pricing guidelines.
  • Coordinate the product complaints process, in line with global procedures.
  • Accountable to the MBM process, including the monthly sign-off, as per global and regional guidelines.
  • Contribute to the achievement of South Asia Wound Care Annual Financial targets.
  • To Implement and continuously reinforce the MHC Company and product related brand values within the local organization and to distributors/customers to strengthen MHC Brand Equity across the India & South Asia region.

  • Marketing programs and campaigns within guidelines provided by Global and APAC organization.
  • India & South Asia marketing plans and launch plans (alignment with WC BD, India, Business Managers and APAC marketing director)

  • Recruitment of Key Personnel in the India Marketing Organization
Capabilities; Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in Marketing or any Business courses
  • 12-15 years of Marketing experience.
  • Product life cycle management, demonstrated success in New Product Launches (from preparation to post-launch measurement)
  • Understanding of STP (Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning) and Pricing management.
  • The ability to manage diverse stakeholders including colleagues from Global and APAC Region, driving partnership and collaboration as key traits for success
  • A good understanding of the India healthcare and medical devices landscape with experience working with diverse cultures in the region.
  • A growth mindset, self-driven and results oriented coupled with high sense of ownership and sense of urgency.
  • A strategic thinker with business acumen and proven strength in execution.
  • The ability to draw analysis for making informed decision.
  • Candidate with digital marketing experience is a plus point.
