Job Title \xe2\x80\x93 Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand Management: Ensure the studio\'s brand identity is consistently reflected in all marketing materials and campaigns. Maintain brand integrity to suit various platforms and audiences. 2. Digital Marketing: Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven improvements. 3. Content Strategy: Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the studio\'s values. Oversee the content development team\xe2\x80\x99s deliverables. Implement the marketing strategy aligned with the studio\'s objectives and target audience. 4. Customer Engagement: Develop and implement customer engagement strategies, loyalty programs, and referral initiatives to enhance customer retention and satisfaction. 5. Advertising and Promotions: Plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and partnerships to attract new customers and drive sales. Manage advertising budgets effectively. 6. Market Research: Conduct market research and customer surveys to gain insights and adapt marketing strategies accordingly. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging opportunities. 7. Public Relations and Influencer Marketing: Manage relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to secure positive coverage and endorsements. Collaborate with influencers to create authentic content and generate brand awareness. 8. Traditional Marketing: Develop and implement traditional marketing campaigns, including print advertisements, direct mail, outdoor advertising, and more, to increase brand visibility and drive sales. Collaborate with creative teams to design marketing materials and collateral. Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of traditional marketing efforts and make data-driven adjustments. 9. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources. Monitor expenses, track financial performance against budgetary goals, and provide regular reports to senior management. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; a master\'s degree is a plus. 2. Proven experience in marketing management 3. Strong leadership and team management skills. 4. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools. 5. Excellent communication (Multilingual) and creative thinking abilities. 6. Analytical mind-set with the ability to make data-backed decisions. Job Type: Full-time Pay: 30,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month Schedule:
