Strategic Planning:Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for Zen Kashi Cancer Hospital. The primary objective is to drive patient acquisition, enhance the hospital\'s brand presence, and foster relationships with key stakeholders. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive communication and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote hospital services, increase patient volume, and enhance brand awareness.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand market trends, patient needs, and competition.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Manage the hospital\xe2\x80\x99s website and ensure it is user-friendly, informative, and up-to-date.
Analyze digital marketing metrics and optimize strategies based on performance data.
Brand Management:
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Develop and maintain promotional materials such as brochures, newsletters, and advertisements.
Coordinate and oversee the design and production of marketing materials.
Community Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with local communities, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
Organize and participate in community outreach programs, health camps, and awareness campaigns.
Event Management:
Plan and execute events such as health fairs, seminars, and workshops to promote hospital services and educate the public.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
Public Relations:
Manage public relations efforts, including press releases, media relations, and crisis communication.
Act as a spokesperson for the hospital when required and maintain a positive public image.
Patient Experience:
Work closely with the patient experience team to gather feedback and improve patient satisfaction.

Budget Management:
Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and ROI.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry. Experience with digital marketing and brand management is essential.
