: As a Marketing Manager at Airgo Airhostess Training Academy in Agra, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract prospective students and promote our academy's programs and courses. Key Responsibilities:
• Developing Marketing Strategies:
• Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the academy's goals and target audience.
• Identify key market segments and devise strategies to reach them effectively.
• Implement both online and offline marketing campaigns to generate leads and conversions.
• Brand Management:
• Maintain and enhance the academy's brand image and reputation.
• Ensure all marketing communications align with the academy's brand guidelines and values.
• Develop promotional materials, presentations, and content that effectively showcase our offerings.
• Lead Generation and Conversion:
• Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential students.
• Nurture leads through the enrollment process, providing information and support as needed.
• Collaborate with admissions teams to optimize conversion rates and achieve enrollment targets.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
• Analyze student demographics, preferences, and feedback to refine marketing strategies.
