About our client:
Our Client operates in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Singapore. It has its branches spread to more than 5 countries, providing employment to 250 people. Their core business is to represent their client in countries that they do not operate in, and market/sell their products for them. They have achieved a wide client base in a very short time, and are looking for new talent.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
- Track leads and opportunities and work with field to enable business development
- Work with cross stakeholders for required compliance and legal checks before events are conducted.
- Work on market/ customer data analysis and generate insights to help develop plan for the Q+1 and Q+2
- Develop event dashboards for leadership view on engagement with customers of cross segments.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
- Experience: 3-6 years, 2-3 years in marketing/ sales
- Qualification: BSc/MBA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
