Are you a B2B marketing mastermind with a passion for driving results? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of creating high-impact campaigns that target high-level decision-makers? If so, we want you on our team!
We\'re seeking a superstar Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for our innovative SaaS products, specifically targeting CFOs on a global scale. You\'ll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects, and ultimately drive pipeline growth. In this role, you\'ll be responsible for:
  • Crafting the Marketing Strategy: Develop a data-driven marketing strategy tailored to reach and convert CFOs globally. Work closely with creative and demand generation teams to develop an effective marketing strategy.
  • Campaign Creation & Execution: Conceptualize, create, and execute high-performing marketing campaigns across various channels like webinars, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising (PPC). Own processes and large scale campaign execution with attention to details and drive results with creative and demand generation teams.
  • Content Marketing Mastermind: Work with the content team to plan and develop compelling content (blogs, ebooks, whitepapers, case studies) that resonates with CFOs and addresses their unique pain points.
  • Demand Generation Pro: Implement strategies to generate qualified leads (MQLs) and nurture them through the marketing funnel towards conversion.
  • Marketing Funnel Focus: Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns for lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Team Player & Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Sales, Product, Design) to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and impactful.
  • Staying Ahead of the Curve: Stay up-to-date on the latest B2B marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
You\'ll be a perfect fit if you have:
  • 4-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record of success in creating high-performing campaigns.
  • In-depth understanding of the CFO decision-making process and the challenges they face.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and how to leverage it to drive leads and pipeline growth.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • A creative mind with a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns.
  • A data-driven approach to marketing, with a focus on measurable results.
Bonus points for:
  • Experience in marketing to a global audience.
  • Proven success in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (PPC).
  • Experience with content marketing creation and management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and website optimization best practices.
