We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Manager & Public Relations Officer to join our team and drive our marketing and PR efforts to new heights.

The Marketing Manager & Public Relations Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans and PR initiatives to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who can work collaboratively across departments to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and traditional media.
• Manage and coordinate public relations activities to maintain a positive company image, including press releases, media relations, and community engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Analyse and report on the performance of marketing and PR campaigns, using data to optimize future efforts.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective spending.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts and industry influencers.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and other collateral.
• Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of [3] years of experience in marketing and public relations, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with media and industry professionals.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
