Work Hours: The working hours are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday. Requirements: Five to ten years of marketing and advertising experience preferred. Good artistic eye with the ability to create fresh and innovative designs. Good knowledge of current marketing trends. Good at branding and social media posts. Excellent digital marketing, graphic design and web design skills. Strong grammar, writing skills and editing experience. Able to spot errors and omissions in written materials and promotion of any kind. Typical tasks to include: Originate and lead the rollout of the brand aesthetic. Establish company-approved design templates for faster content execution. Critically review all marketing particles produced by the marketing division. Act as an art director, mentoring more junior team members\' efforts. Lead new creative approaches to our current promotional efforts. Become fully intimate with our typical buyer personas and conceptualize new and innovative messaging to reach and resonate with this audience. Manage graphic designers and video editors.
