Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies across digital (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing), traditional, and event channels to increase lead generation.
Drive lead generation and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Oversee content creation (blogs, social media, website, etc.) aligned with our brand message, ensuring consistent publication of high-quality content across all platforms.
Track performance metrics, analyze KPIs, and identify areas for improvement using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, etc.) to achieve business goals, contributing to the overall success
Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering growth and innovation within the marketing team.
Stay updated on AI tools, market trends, competitive insights, and best practices in the study abroad and financial services industries.
Identify opportunities to implement AI tools and automate processes to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Experience -5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on digital lead generation.
Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email and content marketing.
Proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns.Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Experience in digital and offline channels.
