Role Expectations:
Exceptional skills in Developing and implementing brand strategies & messaging Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and marketing. Ensure that the Brand & product messaging aligns with the brand's values, positioning, and target audience. Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies Devise innovative growth strategies for new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities Creating marketing plans, defining campaign objectives, identifying target audience segments, and coordinating with marketing teams to implement campaigns effectively. Well Versed with Creative tools( Adobe suite, Canva), Reporting tools ( G-Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush), and Social Media Analytics (Hootsuite, etc) Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs Skills in Cross-Functional Collaboration, Market Analysis and Monitoring, and Brand Performance Tracking. Develop a comprehensive project plan, including defining project goals, objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, performance specifications, cost and price parameters, organising Physical & virtual events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots. Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.

Skills and Experience required:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Branding and Digital Marketing for Large scale organisations. Real estate experience would be appreciated. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills Excellent Multitasking skills and team collaboration. Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers Outstanding communication skills Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices Degree in marketing or a related field Ability to manage external agencies & a team of junior marketers
