Job Description

Tbot Techno Systems, an IT solutions and services company, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company\'s marketing initiatives. This includes developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the company\'s goals, managing the marketing budget, and collaborating with internal teams as well as external vendors to execute campaigns. The ideal candidate is someone with a solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques, has excellent communication and project management skills, and is able to lead a team towards achieving business objectives while ensuring the company\'s brand standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans in collaboration with internal teams that align with the company\'s business objectives
• Manage the overall marketing budget and ensure that all campaigns are cost-effective and within budget
• Collaborate with external vendors such as advertising agencies, event management teams, and PR firms to execute marketing campaigns
• Manage the company\'s social media presence across various platforms
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities
• Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to the company\'s brand messaging and guidelines
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, with a focus on B2B marketing preferred
• Experience managing a marketing team and working with external vendors
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools and platforms
