Key Result Areas
Marketing & Branding
Define Marketing Objectives and build/execute marketing plans in consultation with Sales & Marketing Head
Identify different opportunities of online marketing such as SMS, Email marketing, etc.
Content & Concept
Conceptualization of Product brochure - layout, look, printing style, content in coordination with Division Heads/Country Manager
Development of Marketing & Other communication/ training material
Developing and running new and innovative marketing campaigns based on marketing objectives
Market Research
Conduct regular market research to assess viability of marketing initiatives to measure success of recent campaigns
Conduct competition research to understand marketing initiatives undertaken by competitor and its effectiveness
To gather regular market update and competitor information
Coordination
Manage relationship with sales organization/ marketing agencies to implement the marketing & branding activities
Coordination and Alignment with Divisional Marketing plans
Coordinate activities for international exhibition participation such as form filling, stall designing, etc.
Support BU Heads in building Strategic Plan for the division
MIS
Submission of regular MIS to management
Self Development
Initiate self learning and gain knowledge of other skills
