Job Opening: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Marketing Manager, your primary focus will be on driving admissions in schools. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our educational offerings and increase enrollments. Your duties will include:
• Developing and implementing marketing plans to meet enrollment targets.
• Identifying and targeting potential customers through various marketing channels.
• Creating and managing marketing campaigns, including online and offline advertising.
• Analyzing market trends and competition to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.
• Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a track record of driving results.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
• A go-getter attitude and a passion for achieving targets.
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the education (K12) sector is a plus.
