Job Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the firm's growth by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, attract new clients, and solidify our position as a leader in the public relations industry. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns, engage with our target audience, and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
/ Responsibilities, Goals and Scope:
01) Strategic Marketing Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the firm's goals and objectives. Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for expansion. Define target audience segments and tailor marketing efforts to effectively reach them.

04) Giving brands an international association if needed
05) Tracking all marketing teams of publications for smoother associations in that space.
06) Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the firm's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials.Work collaboratively with design and content teams to create captivating visuals and content that resonate with the target audience.
07) Digital Marketing: Lead the firm's digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, and social media. Analyze and leverage digital analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
08) Content Strategy: Develop and oversee the content strategy, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create authoritative content that showcases the firm's expertise.
09) Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and client engagement. Utilize a mix of online and offline channels to maximize campaign impact.
10) Event Promotion: Coordinate the promotion and marketing of firm events, seminars, webinars, and industry conferences. Identify sponsorship opportunities to enhance the firm's presence in relevant events.
11) Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and competitive insights.Use research findings to shape marketing strategies and develop new service offerings.
12) Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the PR and business development teams to align marketing efforts with client acquisition and retention goals. Provide marketing support for client campaigns to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
13) Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocate resources to various initiatives, and track ROI on marketing investments.
14) Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives through KPIs and metrics. Provide regular performance reports and insights to the management team.
Key Skills Required:
01) Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
02) Work Experience: Proven experience of 5 years in a marketing role within a PR or MarComm agency. Experience in the F & B or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
03) Notice Period: Candidates who are available to start soon will be considered favorably.
04) Salary Range: A salary of Rs. 9.6 to 10.20 Lacs Per Annum Lacs Per Annum or Rs. 80,000 to 85,000 Per Month.
05) Strong understanding of PR and communications concepts and the ability to align marketing strategies with these principles.
06) Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
07) Previous experience in B2B marketing and knowledge of the PR landscape is highly desirable.
08) Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
09) Working Days: Monday to Friday.
10) Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
11) Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
12) Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
