Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.

Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences.

Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistent brand identity.

Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.



Qualifications:

Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience 5-6 years in a marketing management role..

Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.

Leadership qualities with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
