We are looking for a Marketing Manager with healthcare experience to lead our marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about creating and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase our clinic's footfall and brand awareness. The position offers a flexible work environment with a large portion of the salary being incentive-based.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase clinic footfall and patient engagement.
- Conduct dental camps and awareness programs in the community.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, including content creation and engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and other stakeholders.
- Organize and oversee home service programs for dental care.
- Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Handle relationship management and customer outreach initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in healthcare marketing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- If you are a dentist, willingness to participate in home service programs is a plus.

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
- Extra hours will be compensated.
- Sundays off with compensatory leaves.

Compensation:
- Largely incentive-based salary.
- Additional pay for extra hours worked.
