Phoenix Lab is seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives for our diagnostic services in the Nilgiris region. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing patient engagement through home and village collection programs, promoting walk-ins, fostering relationships with local doctors, and driving referral programs.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Home and Village Collection Programs:



+ Design, implement, and oversee home collection and village collection initiatives.
+ Ensure smooth and efficient sample collection processes for rural and urban areas.
• Promote Walk-Ins:



+ Develop strategies to encourage more walk-in patients to the lab.
+ Create awareness campaigns to educate the community about lab services.
• Build and Strengthen Doctor Relationships:



+ Regularly visit local doctors and clinics to establish and nurture professional relationships.
+ Promote Phoenix Lab's services and secure patient referrals.
• Referral Program Management:



+ Design and implement referral schemes to boost patient inflow.
+ Monitor the success of referral programs and make data-driven adjustments.
• Community Engagement:



+ Organize health camps and awareness drives in villages to promote lab services.
+ Act as the primary point of contact for local communities, ensuring their diagnostic needs are met.
• Field Operations:



+ Travel extensively within the Nilgiris region to manage on-ground marketing activities.
+ Ensure timely and efficient service delivery to rural and urban clients.

### Requirements:

• Language: Must be fluent in Baduga language to communicate effectively with the local community.
• Mobility: A valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel extensively within the Nilgiris region.
• Experience: Prior experience in marketing, sales, or healthcare is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
