Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Marketing Planning:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the steel pipe industry.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, trade shows, industry publications, etc.).
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team environment.
  • Brand Management:
  • Oversee the development and implementation of brand strategies to strengthen brand positioning in the steel pipe industry.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Content Development:
  • Coordinate the creation of industry-specific content, including technical specifications, product brochures, case studies, and white papers.
  • Work with content creators, graphic designers, and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Analyze digital marketing metrics and optimize campaigns for improved performance and ROI.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Monitor marketing expenditures and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Analyze market data, customer feedback, and industry reports to refine marketing strategies.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and strategies that support sales efforts.
  • Provide insights and tools to help the sales team effectively communicate the value of the company's products.
  • Public Relations and Communications:
  • Manage public relations efforts to enhance the company's reputation in the industry.
  • Develop and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in marketing within the steel pipe industry or a related industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, SEO/SEM, and social media.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
