Job Description
We are a professionally managed Resort company, fast expanding with luxury properties across Kerala & Tamil Nadu.
We are looking to recruit Marketing Managers to manage a dynamic and aggressive sales team and promote services at our resort. Good growth possibilities for the right candidates. Must be willing to take up challanges.
Travel allowance and liberal incentives are provided apart from salary. Annual bonus also provided.
Candidates with a minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing only need apply
The marketing manager role includes coordinating and managing these outdoor activities ,ensuring they align with overall marketing strategy, and measuring their effectiveness in reaching the resorts goals.Effective communication,leadership and the ability to guide both indoor and outdoor team are essential in this goal.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Trichur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
• Client Management: 4 years (Required)
