Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and manage strategic marketing plans to support the company's objectives in supply chain, infrastructure developments, logistics, manpower, and coworking services.
2. Campaign Management: Oversee all marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with the company's goals and brand messaging. Promote the Caspian brand across all channels.
3. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the supply chain, infrastructure, logistics, manpower, and coworking sectors.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, product management, and operations, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and smooth execution.
5. Budget Management: Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Monitor expenditures to stay within budget.
6. Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data analytics. Use insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
7. Content Development: Guide the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, press releases, digital content, and presentations. Ensure all content adheres to the Caspian brand standards and effectively communicates our value propositions.
8. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media organizations, advertising agencies, and industry partners to enhance the company's market presence.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. Experience: At least 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the supply chain, infrastructure, logistics, manpower, or coworking industries. Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategy implementation.
3. Skills:
o Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels.
o Excellent communication and leadership skills.
o Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
o Proficiency in budget management.
o Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
o Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
o Professional judgment and discretion from years of experience in the field.
Day-to-Day Duties:
1. Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and future services.
2. Collaborate with external advertising agencies.
3. Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns specific to the supply chain, infrastructure, logistics, manpower, and coworking sectors.
4. Coordinate with other departments to produce effective strategies.
5. Monitor current campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed.
6. Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and develop new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
