Job Summary : Great Indian Education Academy is seeking a motivated and personable Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting our educational courses and services to prospective students. This position requires excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a willingness to personally visit to our Head office in Girinagar, Bengaluru once / twice a month to report monthly progress / Advancements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our courses and services.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify and target potential student audiences.
• Present and explain the benefits of our courses and guaranteed job placement to prospective candidates.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Create persuasive marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and flyers.
• Participate in fieldwork, including attending events and engaging with prospective students in person.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and successful marketing approach.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to prospective students throughout the enrolment process.
• Work in your own City, Report to your District Office on a Weekly basis and Report to the Head office on a bimonthly/monthly Basis.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (other degrees also considered).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven presentation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work both in the office and in the field as needed.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for education and helping others succeed.
