The Position

Achieve brand market share targets and Top Line Sales. Integrated Brand planning/ Customer planning along with long term forecasting. Plan, allocate and control resources (sales FTE and promotional budget with segment-wise approach). Responsible for planning and executing KOL advocacy including international speaker programs, Train the trainer, Advisory boards, national and regional level meetings. Responsible for launching and managing brands in any of the identified therapeutic segments. Responsible for managing strategic initiatives in listed therapeutic segments. Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Medical, Legal, Healthcare Compliance, Purchase, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, Supply chain for brand objectives. Compute monthly provisions to arrive at DP and DSS spends.
Tasks & Responsibilities

• Integrated brand/ customer planning. Long term forecasting
• Facilitating execution of the Marketing Plan.
• Aligning brand promotional campaigns and advocacy to Critical success factors.
• Cross Functional Collaboration/Alignment with core team for execution of strategic imperatives.
• Customer insight mining and ensuring translation into brand strategy.
• Explore new channels like digital media in advocacy and communication and facilitating execution.
• Jointly Accountable with Medical for respective Therapy specific Campaigns.
• Recommend reutilization of Therapy specific Global ICE digital content to Content Manager.
• Oversee the creation of all content, including copy and visual based for the required brief to Content Manager.
• Participate in ICP journey development and the associated content requirements.
Requirements

• Education: bachelor's degree, master's degree Post Graduate in Science/Marketing, Master of Business Administration.
• Business and financial acumen high, people leadership intermediate, high on collaboration, relevant marketing experience.
• minimum 8-9 years' experience.
• Strong sales and Marketing experience to formulate the brand plan and drive strategy execution to achieve top line and bottom-line objectives.
• Exploring new indication/ product life cycle management/ real world data generation opportunities.
Position will be based at Mumbai
