• Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company\'s goals and objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media optimizations, and content marketing.

• Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Develop and enforce brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive brand identity.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze key marketing metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and ROI.

• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company\'s presence in new markets or segments. Develop marketing strategies tailored to specific customer segments or geographic regions.

• Vendor and Agency Management: Collaborate with external marketing agencies, freelancers, and vendors to execute marketing initiatives. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure deliverables are met within budget.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (4+ years) in marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and team management.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, and social media.
• Very Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.
• Experience in Hotel and hospitality industry would be a plus.
