Urgent Opening for Marketing Manager in Leading Real estate company in Chennai

Position Name : Marketing Manager

Qualification : UG / PG

Experience : 10 years

Salary : Negotiable

Timing : 9.30am-6.30pm

Location : Guindy , Chennai

Gender : Male & Female

Roles & Responsibilities:

Formulate an overall marketing strategy for a set of residential properties in order to increase the Sales, maximize revenues and create brand value.

• Formulate plans which include offline, print, digital and maintaining key relations with agencies & others.
• Increase the visibility and the awareness of the properties across the potential markets
• Introduce innovative marketing ideas to increase the footfall/ walk-ins
• Develop a desired market positioning for the properties
• Track & monitor the marketing activities
• Monitor competition and what other players in the respective segments are doing.
• Formulate the marketing calendar for the month, quarter, year in terms of the events, marketing initiatives, b...

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a sales professional in the Construction or Real estate industry.

Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of current marketing practices and trends.

Ability to manage competing priorities and a diverse workload while maintaining composure under the pressure of deadlines.

Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, Communications or Public Relations preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
