To coordinate and work with relevant teams in building and implementing digital marketing campaigns. To publish content on a variety of channels (Digital, Social, Media, Email and Print). Once the campaign is published, to review and measure its performance to determine achievement of marketing goals. Will be responsible for reporting and presenting these results to the leadership team. Will play a vital role in planning and executing various marketing events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars. Skills: Requires an assortment of soft, hard and/or technical skills to succeed in this role including: \xef\x82\xb7 Strategic thinking to target advertising and optimizing campaigns to bring substantial returns. \xef\x82\xb7 Time management to delegate specific tasks and dedicating a pre-set period to each remaining task to create a system of completing tasks promptly and performing other time-sensitive assignments. \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication to develop and curate engaging content for variety of channels including Digital, Social, Print, Website, Email Newsletters, Customer Testimonials etc. \xef\x82\xb7 Interpersonal skills to facilitate clear communication with the team of marketing professionals, graphic designer, global team, and others to produce impactful, engaging content for a campaign and high-quality marketing materials. Key responsibilities: This role requires enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic to the company\xe2\x80\x99s website and generating sales leads. You need to collaborate with the marketing team and provide support in several areas: \xef\x82\xb7 Brainstorming new campaign ideas and growth \xef\x82\xb7 Identifying and testing new digital channels and tolls \xef\x82\xb7 Researching and implementing new marketing and the latest trends \xef\x82\xb7 Measuring and reporting the return on investments and key performance indicators Using web analytic tools to monitor site traffic. \xef\x82\xb7 Helping optimize the user experience on the company\xe2\x80\x99s website and assisting with the creation of the landing page. \xef\x82\xb7 Tracking consumer purchase behaviour \xef\x82\xb7 Gaining potential leads and transforming them into customers. \xef\x82\xb7 Optimizing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring to create brand-aligned content, post at an agreed time and deal with any positive or negative comments. \xef\x82\xb7 Playing a vital role in planning and executing various marketing events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars. Coordinate logistics, manage event calendars and ensure promotional materials are available. Qualification: \xef\x82\xb7 A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with fundamental knowledge about marketing concepts, business strategy, market research, and customer behaviour. \xef\x82\xb7 Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation. \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments. \xef\x82\xb7 In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices. \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to analyse consumer metrics, reports, and trends. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong project management and managerial skills. Preferred qualifications: \xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO Tools, Social Media Management Tools) \xef\x82\xb7 Experience with graphic design software (E.g., Abode Creative Suite, Canva) \xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with CRM tools (E.g., Salesforce) \xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with HTML/CSS and content management systems (E.g., Word Press) Experience: \xef\x82\xb7 7-8 years of experience executing digital marketing campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. \xef\x82\xb7 Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to \xe2\x82\xb91,400,000.00 per month Schedule:
