Designation: Marketing Manager
  • To coordinate and work with relevant teams in building and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
  • To publish content on a variety of channels (Digital, Social, Media, Email and Print).
  • Once the campaign is published, to review and measure it\'s performance to determine achievement of marketing goals.
  • Will be responsible for reporting and presenting these results to the leadership team. Will play a vital role in planning and executing various marketing events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
Skills: Requires an assortment of soft, hard and/or technical skills to succeed in this role including:
  • Strategic thinking to target advertising and optimizing campaigns to bring substantial returns.
  • Time management to delegate specific tasks and dedicating a pre-set period to each remaining task to create a system of completing tasks promptly and performing other time-sensitive assignments.
  • Excellent communication to develop and curate engaging content for variety of channels including Digital, Social, Print, Website, Email Newsletters, Customer Testimonials etc.
  • Interpersonal skills to facilitate clear communication with the team of marketing professionals, graphic designer, global team, and others to produce impactful, engaging content for a campaign and high-quality marketing materials.
Key responsibilities: This role requires enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic to the company\xe2\x80\x99s website and generating sales leads. You need to collaborate with the marketing team and provide support in several areas:
  • Brainstorming new campaign ideas and growth
  • Identifying and testing new digital channels and tolls
  • Researching and implementing new marketing and the latest trends
  • Measuring and reporting the return on investments and key performance
  • indicators Using web analytic tools to monitor site traffic.
  • Helping optimize the user experience on the company\xe2\x80\x99s website and assisting with the creation of the landing page.
  • Tracking consumer purchase behaviour \xef\x82\xb7 Gaining potential leads and transforming them into customers.
  • Optimizing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Ensuring to create brand-aligned content, post at an agreed time and deal with any positive or negative comments.
  • Playing a vital role in planning and executing various marketing events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars. Coordinate logistics, manage event calendars and ensure promotional materials are available.
Qualification:
  • A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with fundamental knowledge about marketing concepts, business strategy, market research, and customer behaviour.
  • Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
  • Ability to analyse consumer metrics, reports, and trends.
  • Strong project management and managerial skills.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO Tools, Social Media Management Tools)
  • Experience with graphic design software (E.g., Abode Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (E.g., Salesforce) \xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with HTML/CSS and content management systems (E.g., Word Press)
Experience:
  • 7-8 years of experience executing digital marketing campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
  • Worked in White Goods/Appliances, Industrial Equipment, Automobile Industry.
