We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead - Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading diverse marketing teams, developing comprehensive marketing strategies, and driving brand growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership:
• Manage and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals, including those focused on Job Marketing, Course Marketing, Campus Connect and Business Development.
• Strategic Planning & Execution:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer acquisition.
• Set clear marketing objectives and KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
• User profile data acquisition and analysis.
• Market Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for strategic decision-making.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
• Prepare and present reports on market insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Brand Development:
• Strengthen brand positioning and messaging through consistent and innovative marketing initiatives.
• Develop and implement branding strategies that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor brand performance and make adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
