Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our resorts.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the resort industry.
Create engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including website content, SEO, and social media profiles.
Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other partners.
Coordinate and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Travel to resort locations as required to oversee marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, specifically in the resort or hospitality industry.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel frequently to various resort locations and industry events.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
