Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy:

Develop a strategic marketing plan aligned with business goals, including a competitive analysis, target market definition, and specific marketing objectives (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition).
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns across various channels (BTL, events, PR, etc.).
Manage BTL activities:
Plan and execute creative below-the-line (BTL) marketing initiatives that directly engage with the target audience. This may include:
Developing promotional campaigns (discounts, contests, giveaways) to drive sales and brand engagement.
Designing and executing guerilla marketing campaigns to generate buzz and create a memorable brand experience.
Managing strategic partnerships and sponsorships to expand brand reach and build brand loyalty.
Event marketing:
Oversee all aspects of event marketing, from initial concept development and planning to logistics, execution, and post-event evaluation.
Secure venues, manage event budgets, and coordinate with vendors to ensure a successful event experience.
Develop strategies to maximise event ROI through lead generation, brand awareness activities, and post-event follow-up.
Public relations (PR):
Develop and maintain positive relationships with media outlets (journalists, bloggers, influencers) to secure press coverage and brand mentions.
Craft compelling press releases and media pitches to generate positive media attention.
Manage media inquiries and proactively develop newsworthy stories to promote the brand and its products/services.
Cross-functional collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to understand their lead generation goals and develop marketing initiatives that support their efforts.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials (website, social media, brochures, etc.).
Partner with product development to understand new product launches and develop integrated marketing campaigns.
Manage marketing budget:

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing management or a related field.
