Marketing Manager - D&A Retail Products, Attachments DivisionD&A Heavy Industries, based at Seoul. South Korea, manufactures and sells hydraulic breakers for customers in construction, demolition, rock excavation, quarrying and infrastructure. The company, which has a production facility outside Seoul, has about 60 employees and has been newly acquired by the Swedish Epiroc group.We offer an interesting opportunity for a passionate Marketing Manager to lead and manage the new business development and the liaison between the customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively and maintain strong relationship in India. The role is reporting to the Business Line Manager - ATD, Epiroc, India. The position is based in Pune, India.Mission:As a reliable, proactive partner for the Sales & Marketing, your mission is to safeguard that D&A continuously gains market shares in the value segment and being recognized as a solid partner and excellent equipment supplier.

  • Appoint and develop new business partners pan India.
  • Develop marketing plans and activities in line with the division guidelines including focusing in key market areas, utilisation of channel partners and competition analysis.
  • Safeguard sustainable profit
  • Implement company price policy
  • Develop close relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Develop both sales and aftermarket business through dealers
  • To be capable of generating enquiry, pitching products against competition, convincing customers technically and finally closing orders based upon individual skills is must.
  • Work closely with Business Line Manager ATD and and Regional Managers in order to support all activities and actively participate in current and future developments.
  • Accounts receivable management
  • New product/option development
  • Conduct sales / after sales training
  • Market intellegence
  • Inventory management ( Maintain healthy inventory with dealers)
  • Work closely with product conapines & supply chain to deliver right products on time.
  • Handling warranty cases and regular feedback to product comanies on product development
  • The position demands regular domestic travel
Qualification, Skills, and Experience:
  • Graduate in Mining/Mechanical or any other fields.
  • A result oriented & experienced sales/marketing professional with a successful past record. preferably in Mining business.
  • A proven track record in sales management and /or marketing.
  • Minimum8 to 10 years work experience.
  • Knowledge & experience in any of the fields out of Excavators, Hydraulic Attachments and it\'s applications will be added advantage.
  • Excellent English and Hindi speaking and writing
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Interpersonal and negotiating skills of a high order.
Key Competencies Required for this Role:
  • An outgoing team leader with a practical "hands-on" approach.
  • A self motivated and open personality combined with strong leadership skills.
  • Capacity to build good customer and \'peer\' relationships.
  • Understanding and experience of sales / marketing tools.
  • Good negotiation, time management, data analytics skills are expected.
  • Proficient in use of MS Office, Outlook & other programmes as well as web based applications.
