Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Align marketing strategies with the overall business goals and sales targets.
Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing), print media, and events.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and social media content.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, including marketing executives, to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
  • Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Monitor expenditures and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI.
Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support sales objectives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing services, including design, advertising, and public relations.
Content Development:
  • Oversee the development of engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb965,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb975,000.00 per month Benefits:
