Position Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager & Business Strategist to lead our marketing initiatives and drive the strategic growth of our company. This role is pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance our brand presence, support expansion, and build new ventures.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in marketing, with at least 5+ years of experience encompassing both traditional and digital initiatives. While an academic background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field and experience in the construction industry is desirable, it is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing Leadership:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the overall goals of Biltrax Construction Data.
• Leverage Biltrax Media's resources to enhance the visibility and market positioning of the company.

2. Business Strategy:

• Support the creation and growth of business ventures in construction jobs, edtech, services platforms, etc. with tailored marketing and business strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential markets, using data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders and technology providers to enhance market position and drive growth.
• Stay updated on industry innovations and technological advancements, incorporating them into Biltrax's strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Contribute to Biltrax's long-term vision and strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business strategy for sustained growth.

3. Marketing Video Initiatives:

• Conceptualize, develop, and execute comprehensive strategies for marketing videos.
• Oversee all aspects of video production, from script development to distribution.
• Analyse video performance metrics and optimise strategies for maximum impact.

4. Collaboration with Sales Team/Client Relationships:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and align marketing strategies accordingly.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and generate new business.

5. Professional Branding:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive personal branding strategy for company management.
• Work closely with the CEO to establish key messages, thought leadership initiatives, and communication platforms.
• Manage the CEO's online presence, including social media profiles and other relevant platforms.

6. Creatives & Social Media:

• Oversee the creation of visually compelling and on-brand creative assets for various marketing channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design elements into marketing materials.
• Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant strategies into the overall marketing plan.
• Oversee the creation and publication of company magazines and other branding materials.

7. Internal & External Marketing:

• Develop and implement internal marketing campaigns to enhance employee engagement and communication in collaboration with the HR team.
• Organize and manage events that promote both internal and external marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the construction or architectural industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, including digital marketing, content marketing, and branding.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
• Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms.
