An Ideal Candidate: An ideal candidate should have 6 - 8 years of Product/Brand management (80% of category-leading + 20% digital exposure would be needed), ideally in FMCG non-food. She/he is responsible for the development & performance of the product category i.e., Turnover/ Profitability, etc. He must build and execute strategies to engage consumers & brand communication on digital advertising, social media, website, email, and e-commerce.
Key Competencies:
1. Plan and execute the annual business plan for the given product category.
2. Design a suitable marketing activities budget in the given marketing budget at optimal pay-out.
3. Liaison with a Creative agency to work on marketing communication.
4. Monitor and analyze the category development plan continuously and come up with corrective actions considering the present market scenario.
5. Develop a New Product brief, based on consumer insights, and price/product gap.
6. Implement new product launches, maximizing international synergies.
7. Track all media platforms, search platforms (Google, YouTube, Amazon), and campaign analytics from our brand and competition for agile improvement and adaptations of future campaigns ensuring KPIs are met, and ROI is achieved needs to be included.
