Hiring for a Marketing Manager with 6 to 8 years of experience in Real Estate sector with a developer or marketing agency for North Bangalore Location. You will also be required to have excellent communication and presentation skills. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.:

• Campaign Management (Generating leads, campaign planning, Budgeting, execution & reporting).
• Campaign review with digital & sales team.
• Media planning for effectiveness and maximize ROI
• Product Development- develop strategies & business plan as per Market Trends
• Reputation management on Google & social media handles.
• Preparing monthly calendar and lining up activities.
• Handling Teams presales, creative, digital & Site.
• Planning & execution Project launches.
• Coordinating & planning with architects & civil team for new project planning.
• Channel partner team handling (lead sourcing, source confirmation & CP meets).
• Inter departmental coordination& planning for new project launch (Legal, Liasioning, CRM, Sales, Finance & Marketing).
• Coordinating with architects in line with project marketing collaterals (materials used its color for the theme of project)
• Market survey, analysis & Feasibility Report
• Planning & executing on site events ATL & BTL.
• Vendor Management.
